The 2017 Laser 4.7 Youth World Championships will be held in Niuewpoort, Belgium.
This is a restricted entry allocated championship. Sailors wishing to enter must first complete an application form, accessible through the menu above.
Total entry for this event is limited to 350 sailors.

Charter Boats
A limited number of charter boats will be made available for charter through the ILCA entry system. The charter boats will be supplied on a launching trolley as a hull with self-bailer, padded hiking strap, spars (mast top section, appropriate bottom section and a boom), GRP centreboard and rudder in carry bag, mainsheet side cleats, control line deck block fitting with blocks and control line deck cleat fitting with cleats.
NOTE: The Charter provider is working to arrange a supply of composite top masts for use on the charter boats for this event. The composite top mast would be available as an OPTIONAL add-on for a fee of €50 for the regatta, which would include any pre-regatta charter use. Sailors with a charter boat offer will be able to select the composite top mast during checkout. Availability of the composite top mast is NOT guaranteed. If the composite top masts are not available in time for the regatta, the aluminum top mast will be provided and the sailor will be refunded the fee paid for the composite mast.
Competitors must provide their own ropes, boom vang, mainsheet block, traveller blocks, sail, battens, tiller and tiller extension.
Charter Boat Fees:
Pre-Regatta Training (10 July – 15 July, 6 days): EUR €395
Regatta (16 July – 24 July, 8 days): EUR €875
Refundable Damage Deposit: EUR €450
Optional Composite Mast Top Section: EUR €50
